Areas we serve

We value businesses across South East Queensland, regional Queensland and interstate — from a single valuation office at 4/144 Edward Street, Brisbane City.

We do not run virtual offices in each suburb. A valuation is signed by a named valuer with a real address, and inventing a dozen of those would be the first thing an opposing expert questioned. Travel to your site is included in the fixed fee.

Beyond South East Queensland

Registered in two states, covering four

Most valuations do not require anyone to be in the room. Financial records, contracts and asset registers travel electronically, and the analysis happens at our desk. Site attendance matters where a business holds significant plant, stock or property — and that is exactly where we go.

Statutory registrations in Queensland and Western Australia, with directors covering Victoria and New South Wales, mean a group trading across several states can be valued by one firm under one engagement — rather than three firms producing three inconsistent reports at three different dates.
