Our Head of Valuations is a Licensed Valuer (Not Limited) in Western Australia as well as a Registered Valuer in Queensland, so WA engagements are covered by a valuer accredited in the jurisdiction.
Cycle-aware earnings assessment
Resources-linked earnings are assessed across four to five years rather than three, weighted explicitly, with the reasoning disclosed. A valuation struck on peak-cycle years does not survive review.
Plant and equipment inspected
Workshop plant, heavy equipment and fleet are inspected and valued at market by a Certified Asset Valuer where they form a material part of value, then netted against the finance secured on them.

Calls are scheduled to suit you rather than us — early afternoon eastern time works for most WA clients. Document exchange is asynchronous and secure, and requisitions are made in writing, so the two-hour difference has very little practical effect on the engagement.
Carefully. Contracted revenue with a strong counterparty supports the earnings figure; concentration in one relationship is a discount, commonly more than a turn of the multiple. Remaining term, renewal history and whether the contract survives a change of control all determine how large that discount is.

Yes, where properly prepared. Reports are signed by a Certified Practising Valuer, prepared to ATO market value substantiation guidance, and written to the applicable expert evidence rules. Family law matters run in a national jurisdiction with national practice directions.
